On the first Saturday of the month from 10am to 12pm – £10 per session. The workshops, led by medical herbalist Maggie Haworth, will focus on the use of plant medicines for common medical conditions including allergies, digestive issues, skin complaints, joint and muscle pain, colds and flu, respiratory ailments and anxiety. Each workshop will feature one of these topics and information sheets and recipes will be provided.  There will also be occasional tastings.
