Seaton is well served by comprehensive medical and social care provision, excellent schools and colleges and numerous places of worship.

The town is also proud of  its thriving community and the Council recently agreed that community engagement should be at the heart of everything it does. Seaton Town Council already works in partnership with individuals and organisations, such as the Seaton Carnival Committee, to put on a diverse array of events throughout the year including the Big Clean, Seaton in Bloom and the Christmas Lights Switch On.
