There are seven car parks and one coach park in Seaton.  Four of the car parks are owned and maintained by East Devon District Council where you can purchase parking permits.  Two of the car parks belong to Tesco and the Co-Op, please take note of their parking signage for permitted length of stay.  The Premier Inn car park is for the use of their customers only and is not open to the general public.  There is a privately owned car park next to the Co-Op called The Grove Car Park, on Underfleet Way, not to be confused with  The Underfleet West (Long Stay) car park.  Please take note of their parking fees as they do operate wheel clamping penalties. CCTV cameras record vehicle registration numbers and the precise time of entry and exit, to and from this car park. The operators are very zealous at issuing parking fines.
