Phil has worked for Seaton Town Council since 2015. He particularly enjoys the interaction with the public that his job entails, when out and about in Seaton and his favourite place to work in the town is Cliff Fields Gardens. Phil can turn his hand to most things and looks after everything from the maintenance of Marshlands to inspections of the town’s play parks to the painting of street furniture. He is also responsible for ensuring the town looks at its magical best for the Christmas Lights Switch On.
