I am a resident of Seaton and enjoy this town and the surroundings: the great sense of community, independent businesses, clubs and societies,and the open spaces. I am very interested in how the town is changing and as a councillor I can take an active role in decisions which affect everyone who lives or works here.
As a Manager with John Lewis I had to communicate with people at all levels, and as I spent time on John Lewis Councils I gained experience in gathering opinion, expressing constituents concerns and debating issues. I am on the Seaton u3a Committee and I volunteer in the Tourist Information Centre at weekends.
